- No live captions. Sally records and summarizes after the call rather than showing real time subtitles during it. If you need live captions in the meeting itself, it is not the right pick.
- No open API or self hosting. The integrations are native and solid, but there is no public API to build your own workflows, and no on premise option.
It is also a smaller brand than the large US vendors, which matters less for the product than for how familiar it feels to your team at first.
